Conditions of Hire

1. 1. Food/Refreshments by SNEC Kiosk only, unless by previous arrangement.  External vendors liable for £100 site fee.
   2. Trade stands by agreement only.
   3. SNEC contact on call for emergencies only.
   4. Set up & breakdown by hirer, unless by previous arrangement.
   5. SNEC will be left in the condition it was received, otherwise a levy of £100 will be applied i.e. litter, poop scoop, furniture back etc.
   6. Arena rules to be strictly adhered to.
   7. All bookings must be accompanied by a risk assessment form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire fee.
   8. The hirer is responsible for obtaining suitable first aid to meet the event requirements.
   9. Hirers to comply with any member of the SNEC team.
   10. All prices relate to training/development events. Competition events will incur a service charge.
   11. All horsescotland member bodies are entitled to a 10% discount.
   12. All breakages must be paid for.
   13. Hirers are responsible for their own insurance, including insurance for cancellation.
   14. Cancellation by the client: Deposits are non-refundable.  If the client decides to cancel the event or withdraw from the booking agreement, they are responsible for the full amount of the booking fee and to any costs borne by SNEC in connection with the event, up to the date of the clients written cancellation.  Providing that notice of the cancellation is received prior to the booking date, if SNEC finds another client for the whole or part of the facility hired, the client is liable to pay only for that part of the facility and for the period of the booking agreement which has not been taken over by the other client.
